Terms of Service

1. About Architect AI

Architect AI is an automated email management service built by NexaDigital. The service uses Google OAuth 2.0 to connect to your Gmail account and the Groq Llama 3 AI model to classify and draft replies to your inbound emails.

The application is designed for business professionals who wish to automate email reply workflows. It is not a consumer product and requires a Google account to function.

2. Eligibility & Account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
• You must have a valid Google (Gmail) account.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your connected account.
• You authorise NexaDigital to access, read, and send emails on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Gmail Access & Permissions

By connecting your Gmail account, you grant Architect AI permission to:

• Read your unread emails to classify them and generate AI-powered reply drafts.
• Send emails from your Gmail address as automated or approved replies.
• Modify email labels (mark emails as read) after they have been processed.

We only process emails that are unread and in your inbox or all-mail label. We do not access your contacts, calendar, drafts, sent folder, or any files in Google Drive.

4. Automated Replies — Your Responsibility

Architect AI sends automated email replies on your behalf using AI-generated content. By enabling auto-reply, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are responsible for all emails sent from your Gmail account via this service.
• AI-generated replies may not always be accurate, appropriate, or complete. You should review and configure the system prompt in Settings to fit your use case.
• NexaDigital is not liable for any business outcome, loss, or damage arising from automated replies sent on your behalf.
• You may disable auto-reply at any time from the Settings page.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Architect AI to:

• Send spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or bulk emails.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or Google's Terms of Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or our systems.
• Use the service in a way that could harm NexaDigital's reputation or violate Google API policies.

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your access.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of this service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key points:

• We do not sell or share your email data with third parties.
• Email content is processed solely to generate AI replies.
• You can request deletion of all your data at any time.

Our use of Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Architect AI is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. NexaDigital makes no warranties, express or implied, that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
• AI-generated replies will be accurate, appropriate, or fit for your purpose.
• The service will meet your specific business requirements.

Use the service at your own risk. Review all automated replies before enabling fully automatic sending for high-stakes communications.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NexaDigital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to:

• Inappropriate automated replies sent to your email contacts.
• Loss of business opportunity or data.
• Service interruptions due to Google API changes or server downtime.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time by:

• Logging out and revoking Google OAuth access from your Google Account settings.
• Emailing us to request full account deletion.

NexaDigital reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service to reflect changes in the service, legal requirements, or our policies. We will update the "Last Updated" date when changes are made. Continued use after updates constitutes agreement to the revised Terms.
